I am an independently licensed professional clinical social worker who has been practicing psychotherapy for more than six years. Prior to that, I worked in the case management field for more than seven years.
Hello!!! My name is Chris Johnson, CJ. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gallaudet University in 1996 and my Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University in 1999.
I started Serenity because I believe that mental health services should be accessible to all. I take pride in our all-inclusive practice. We welcome everyone with respect to race, religion, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, and socio-economic status. We regularly serve the LGBTQ+ community, the deaf and hard of hearing community, and those in AOD recovery.
